I first met Ronnie and Karen when they owned Friend's Reataurant in Madisonville. Enjoyed several really great New Year's Eve parties there. Ronnie will be missed by many in St Tammany.

Ronald Chivers Durham, a resident of Mandeville, LA since 1986, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, October 27, 2013. He was born Monday, September 26, 1932 in New Orleans, LA to Dan R. and Melba Reeves Durham.The beloved husband of Karen Doucet Durham, he is survived by his daughter - Elizabeth Reeves Durham; two sons - Keith C. Durham, his wife Desiree', and Disko B. Durham; one step-son, Ronald R. Thomas; one sister - Donna Durham Thomas and two grandsons - Vincent W. and Eli A. Durham. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers - Dan R., II and Richard P. Durham.
