Not sure what to say?

I live on Edison CT & have been riding my bicycle daily lately. I have often stopped & had conversations with Mr. Forthofer. But noticed things did not look the same in his yard. I knew that he must have passed. Feeling sad. I miss seeing him & his beautiful flowers & greenhouse. He is resting in a beautiful flower & bird filled place!

With great sadness I learned about my cousin Ronnie's passing. He was the oldest of cousins on my Dad's side of the family. He always was smiling--including in his eyes and voice. I fondly remember visiting him and his siblings at their parents' home, farm, roadside garden stand. It's obvious that the hard work and dedication experienced in his younger years remained with him throughout his lifetime. My sincere condolences to his wife and children and to my cousins. Rest peacefully,...

Ronnie was my oldest brother. I cherish the memories of all of us growing up. Ronnie always looked after me to make sure to call him if I ever needed anything. He loved talking high school sports with me, loved his flowers and garden, and always made sure his birdfeeders were filled for his winged friends who would come to visit their home. Ron will be missed as a wonderful neighbor and great person. He has always presented himself as a positive, funny and happy person who was always interested in helping my family. May Gods bless your family and grant them strength through this challenging time.

We remember Ron and family from Laporte UMC. He sat in front of us and would always stay calm even when our kids were fussy. He had that knowing smile. Our sympathy is with his entire family. Cheryl and Eric Greenly

Thoughts and prayers on your loss. Having spent many hours with your two sons your memories and life lessons will definitely live on.
