To know Rosemarie was to love her! She was our beloved member of the Nutrition & Food Service team, Internship mother to countless dietetic interns, and friend. She was always there with her bottomless cookie jar, words of encouragement, hugs or just an ear to listen for support. I'll miss out lunches that spilled into dinner time, dinners that lasted until bedtime, phone calls, texts & emails. But most importantly I will miss her. Rosemarie was a tremendous support and constant source of encouragement for Dietetic Interns at Hines. I was in the Class of 1993, and will forever remember her with fondness. I am so sorry for your loss!

Rosemarie was such a wonderful, loving person. Since she was best friends with my mother, I was able to get to know her and spend time with her over the years. One of our favorite memories was going to the New Year's Eve parties she and Jim had every year. After meeting some of her pugs, when my family decided to get a dog, we ended up getting a pug, as well. Rosemarie always had a smile and was kind to everyone she met. She will truly be missed.
