Roy Lee Hazel, Sr. age 59 of Morganfield, KY formerly of Sturgis, KY, died Tuesday 9/25/18 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN. He had been a truck driver for several years. Roy enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
He was preceded in death by his father Gordon Lee Hazel, Sr and mother Dorothy Moore; 2 sisters Mildred Millikan and Brenda Hazel.

Funeral will be 1 PM Friday 9/28/18 at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis, KY.
Visitation will be 10 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Hazel Bend Cemetery in Sturgis, KY
