Ruben Rios, Jr.

Ruben Rios Jr., age 53, went home to be with the Lord Friday June 3, 2022 at Valley Baptist Medical Center. He was born September 3, 1968 in Reedley, CA son to Ruben Rios Sr. and Maria De La Luz Hernandez Rios. Mr. Rios worked over 25 years for H.E. Butt Co. as an perpetual inventory clerk until his health disabled him. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, he loved barbecuing for his family, buying numbers for the football games and scratch off lottos. He was always very cheerful and often set the mood at family gatherings.

He leaves to cherish his wonderful memory his beloved wife of 28 years, Maria de Jesus Rios, children, Brian Alexander Perez, Ruben Rios, Crystal Esperanza Rios, Elizabeth Nicole Rios and Natalia Clarrissa Rios, Grandchildren, Delia Angeline Perez, Brian Alexander Perez Jr., Anika Damaris Perez, Mia Hope Rios, Aarron Izaac Perez and Kristopher Perez, his parents, Maria and Gilbert Lopez, Siblings, Lupita Garcia, Jose Angel Garcia, Victoria Rios, Norma Jean Rios, Brenda Miranda, Gilbert Lopez, Miriam Rios, Rafael Lopez and Melissa Lopez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces other relatives and friends.

Visitation is scheduled to begin on Tuesday June 7, 2022 from 1:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a prayer service to begin at 7:00 pm Tuesday evening. Funeral Mass of Christian burial is tentatively scheduled to be held on Wednesday June 8, 2022 at 10:00 am at Our Lady Lourdes Catholic Church, La Paloma. As per his wishes the body will be cremated and funeral services will conclude at the church.

Honored to serve as as pallbearers will be Brian Perez, Ruben Rios, Rafael Lopez, Gilbert Lopez, Derek Steven Garcia, Darren Dillon Garcia and Jared Federico Morado.
