Ruben Yllescas, 72, of Hartford, CT passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Hartford Hospital. Ruben was born in Peru and was the son of the late Felix and Hilda (Dominguez) Yllescas. In Ruben’s earlier years he traveled all over the world and loved to explore new areas. Always an active father, grandfather, sibling and friend that would support any way possible. He had the best sense of humor and a caring heart for those he loved. Ruben most enjoyed spending time with family & friends.
Ruben is survived by his three children, Cesar, Omar & Antonella. Ruben was the oldest of five brothers and sisters Oswaldo, Roberto, Edith, Rosa.
Funeral service for Ruben will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 12pm at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home, 1276 Berlin Tpke., Wethersfield, CT. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
