Not sure what to say?

Ruby (and Gene) touched so many lives around the world as well as at home; I was one of those lives. I was and will be eternally grateful for her friendship. Her love and concern, her prayers and support carried me through some difficult life challenges. I will miss her deeply. She was so proud of her family and kept her friends apprised of their accomplishments annually so much so that I feel I have lost a whole family in her passing. You are all precious to me and I will keep you in my...

Ruby was called to be present in the lives of others, whether it was family or friends, people near or people far away. Her loyalty was unwavering. Her faith formed her life and shaped the activities in which she participated. She was her husband, Gene's, number one cheerleader. His call to parish ministry was also her call. We give thanks for Ruby in our lives. She will live on in all those who knew her. Rosalie and Ken Grosch

To Ruby's family, we offer our prayers and sympathy. Ruby was an amazing person with her skills of friendship, hospitality, love and compassion to all those she met. It was a pleasure to be in circle with her and to learn of her connection to Elizabeth Brown and her daughters - Pastors Mary Brown, JoAna Elise Brown and our daughter-in-law Pastor Heather E. Brown.

Our hearts are with the Lord's
dearest givers.Thanks for all
the support for the Redeemer
family.

I will water the orchids, Ruby; and you keep playing Scrabble. AND... make sure you give your Gene a great big hug for the Parkers. We miss you both.

Installation as pastor at St. John's Church, Locust IA.

To the family of Ruby Hermeier, We send our sincerest sympathies to you all. Ruby was a great person, had a great sense of humor, lots of ambition and suited your father perfectly. They are together now. May you find strength in the memories you cherish and may you find peace. Sincerely, Suzanne and John Matter PS: I've attached a great picture of Ruby and Pastor Gene. God bless their memories.
