Mrs. Ruby Mae Jackson, age 63 years, daughter of Commodore and Cora Joy, departed this life for her heavenly home on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at Eaton County Palliative Care in Charlotte, Michigan.
Ruby enjoyed listening to music, and attending her church, Eliezer Temple. But her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and close friends. After many years of service, she was enjoying her retirement from General Motors.
Ruby leaves to cherish her memory, daughters, Anita Jackson, Ardene Jackson; sons, Michael T. Jackson, John C. Jackson , Leroy Jackson, all of Lansing Michigan; sisters, Debra (Johnny) Crowell of Memphis, Tennessee, Brenda (Justin) Vaughn of Tampa, Florida, Janice Jackson, Cylinda (Kenneth) Hackman, Sandra Jackson, Cora Jackson, all of Lansing; brothers, Russell Joy, Bobby (Amanda) Joy Sr., Elijah (Lisa) Jackson, Jr., Terry Jackson, Sr., all of Lansing; step-children; AJ (Sarah) Jackson, Jr., Gary (Taoni) Jackson, Sr., Grady (Shannon) Jackson, Rene Hester, Candice Joy, Stephanie Gwin, Addie Jackson; God-children, Daniel Jackson, Justine Dickerson; special friends, Mark (Big Daddy) Warner, Sandra Williams, Sis.
