Ryan Garrett Hargues, 17, of Perryton, Texas passed away July 15, 2025. A memorial service will be held Monday, July 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Word of Life Church in Perryton, Texas, officiated by Chad Murrell. Cremation arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton, Texas.
Ryan was born on September 19, 2007 in Perryton, Texas to Johnny Hargues and Jessica Turner Hargues. He graduated from Perryton Christian Academy and worked as a ranch hand.
Ryan is survived by his parents; two brothers, Gavin Hargues and wife Kaitlyn of Lockhart, Texas, and Raymond Hargues of Perryton, Texas; one sister, Rhia Hargues, also of Perryton; his grandparents Donna and Carl Slaughter of Perryton; his grandmother Emily Hargues, and his other grandmother, Kim Turner, both of Perryton.
Ryan was preceded in death by both of his grandfathers, Jimmy Hargues and Fred Turner.
The family requests memorials be to Perryton Christian Academy, 1800 SW 24th Ave., Perryton, Texas, 79070.
