I am so sorry for your loss. He always had a great attitude and was such a great person. He will be missed. I always enjoyed talking to him when he came by my office.

I went to school with Sammy he is a great person so sorry for everyone's loss hugs and prayers

I so hated to hear about this. My heart is broken for all of you. Sammy was always such a good kid growing up and it looks like he turned into a fine man. My daughter, Ashley, was one of the palliative care nurses who took care of him. It really shook her up to lose him. We will pray for you all in the coming days and months. Much love to this family.
