Not sure what to say?

Sandra was a genuine soul. Her love and service to others shown brightly. She made a difference in the lives of all those she encountered. Her passion for MLs (multiple language learners) was contagious. We knew each other from our shared careers. May God bless your family at this time.

Sandra was a light in the room. She was a good listener and professionally advocated for what she believed in. I am thankful that I got to work with her on various committees and teams in Lorain. She made a positive difference in so many lives. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends.

I had the privilege of working with Sandra at LCCC for three years. She was such a committed educator and joyful colleague. Will certainly miss her bright smile and laughing snorts.

Sandra Fulmer Peloquin, beloved wife of James Peloquin of 35 years and devoted mother of two daughters, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Elyria.

She had a deep love for music and enjoyed attending concerts whenever she could. Time spent with her daughters in Columbus was especially meaningful to her and among her greatest joys.Generous with both her time and her heart, Sandra could never say no when someone needed help. She faithfully supported others by attending students’ games, graduations, and baby showers, and even went so far as to become licensed to officiate weddings so she could marry those she loved. She also devoted herself to caring for her elderly friends, taking them to doctor and nail appointments. In quiet moments, Sandra often prayed the rosary for those in need.

Sandra will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and her unforgettable snort laughter, as well as the love she gave so freely to all who were blessed enough to know her. She had a deep passion for advocating for and supporting multilingual students and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
