Sara's Obituary

Sarah Ann Moody, 87, passed away August 9th, 2025.  Sarah was born on February 25, 1938, in Richmond, Kentucky, to Dewey and Annie Starnes of Richmond, Kentucky.  Sarah is survived by her children: Lita Moody, Scott Moody (Cheryl) and Marisa Gonzalez (Kevin).  6 grandchildren: Jolene,Jodi,Megan, MacKayla, Joseph and Camille.  5 great grandchildren:Tyler,Larry Jo, Madison, Addy and Harper.  1 great great grandchild: LJ.  Sarah is predeceased  by her husband, John Moody Jr, Her daughter, Diane Masner.  4 Brothers, JW, Harold,Robert and Ralph Starnes and her father and mother, Dewey and Annie Starnes.  A memorial Service will be held August 14th, 2025  at Conkle Funeral Home. 4925 W 16th Street, Speedway, Indiana. Visitation is 3:00 to 5:00 pm, service following visitation.  Laid to rest in Richmond Cemetery at 1:00 pm on August 15th in Richmond, Kentucky.  Sarah was a Homemaker, loving wife and mother.  Sarah adored her grandchildren and was a good friend to her friends   Sarah loved  Gardening, Cooking and color booking. She loved to  find a bargain Garage selling.  Sarah will be greatly missed.
