Not sure what to say?

.Ellen you’re in my prayers. Connie Garrett-Lanier.

Ellen, We are all so sorry to hear of Aunt Sarah Ellen's passing. You are in our prayers.

Words cannot describe the void this remarkable woman leaves on so many of us. Sarah essentially helped raise me and many of my aunts, uncle, and cousins. (And I think she was the only one that could keep Perry Pushell in line.) She was an incredible magician in the kitchen. I cannot think of homemade parker house rolls or homemade chocolate cake without thinking of Sarah. Hers were the best -- no one could do it better. (I've tried ... but failed) Her hugs were like a warm blanket. I...

I loved Sarah with all my heart. With her wisdom and kindness, she was a guiding light for me when I was younger. Sarah was special in so many ways and I am blessed to have known her. She will be greatly missed, but forever cherished. My sincere condolences to Ellen and the rest of the family.

Loved her dearly. She made me cornbread in a restaurant in Louisville when Mama would go to see her. Ellen we love you and Joe. Some of us will always be there for you when you need us. That's a promise. Dianne Miller Andrew 502 295 9239.

Dear Ellen and family, we are sorry for the loss of sweet Sarah. She was a wonderful friend, mentor, and the best cook ever. We were so blessed to have her in our lives and will cherish our many great memories with her. With love, Richard and Teri Pushell

Ellen & family so sorry to hear of Miss Sarah's passing. What a long life she had and a very sweet family. I think of her and the family often.

I was sorry to hear about the passing of Ms Sarah Ellen. I've known her all of my life and she was one of the maids of honor in my mom's wedding. She will certainly be missed. To the family I extend my deepest sympathy.

Sincerely,
Marcia Cunningham Masterson
