Not sure what to say?

Julie and the family of Scott, sorry this is so late and sorry I couldn’t attend the celebration of life for Scott. I met Scott playing fast pitch softball and we quickly became friends as I too played third base for Rick’s Computers of Danbury. We had many a great time playing against each other and the fun that followed. We remained in touch thru the years and was saddened to hear of his passing. Will miss our chats even tho they weren’t that often. God bless you and the family!

Lauters Family (Beth/Vic/Julie) - please accept my deepest sympathy for the unexpected loss of Scott. He was an outstanding person and I am sure brother. One of my best friends!!! Kurt Tentinger

We send our love and prayers to Scott’s family and friends during this great, unexpected loss. Scott left everyone feeling seen and heard, his fun spirit was a treasure.
My best memories were from many, many years ago, but our last visit in Colorado made me feel the same as the first time I met him.
Hold him close every day in your hearts and know that many people were touched by his special gift.
We are sorry to have missed his memorial today.

He will always be remembered by so many

We are so sad to hear of Scott's passing. I have so many fond memories of Scott, especially from our youth and time spent on the farm. Oh, the shenanigans that all of us kids would partake in with almost all of them the result of Scott's mischievous and ornery spirit. Very grateful to have been able to catch up with Scott and meet Julie recently in Colorado. He will be missed! Our love and sympathy to the entire family.

With sincere sympathy for your loss. Scott was always so friendly and full of life! There are many fond memories in Iowa and Colorado at family reunions! Sending all of you my deepest condolences.

Best wishes, Eric and Kara. I think my big brother was in his graduating class (the state tournament football champion senior class).

We are so sorry for your loss. We have great memories we will hold forever dear of precious time spent with him in Iowa and when he came out to Colorado. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Tim and Cindy Thoms

Worked with Scott for about 20 years at the LeMars Sportsmans Club Trapshooting League always a great guy.
Left us too soon to shoot in a better place. Always a straight shooter. Thanks for the good times. You will be missed.
