Not sure what to say?

Just heard about Scott’s passing. He was my co chairman for the District One Public Information Officers Association. Scott was one of the most dedicated caring helpf people I I worked with. I am truly saddened by his loss. He was a dear friend.

Deeply saddened. He was like family and great mentor. Ty for being Rayan. And Jaeda's body guard. Wr all know you will be watching from above. Deepest condolences and prayers to the family. Heaven has obtained a wonderful angel

I am deeply saddened to hear of Officer Tokach’s passing. He helped my daughter Mieka get into the Voice program and attended her senior send off last year as a guest of honor for her. He was such a kind and supportive man. He checked in on her at Purdue this past year- he truly cared. My deepest condolences. Rest easy Officer Tokach. You will be missed.

You'll be missed Scott. You were always so energetic and always made me laugh since HS. I last saw you while we took that consulting class together You made my day that day. R.I P. Scott Tokach.

I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. He was such a fun guy to work with. I worked with him for a short time at the Lowell PD when he first started. I got to know him more as he bacame involved with the Drug program for kids in the schools. He always had a smile on his face and a teasing banter with us. Scott will be greatly missed.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief, yet again.

We known each other a long time. Your a good man I can only think that God must have needed a person to help with to kids in heaven. May God keep you with him. Retired Chief Steve Sibbrell
