I'm so sorry for your loss he was my buddy from 2005- 2013 while my grandmother was there then just last year for a brief time while my aunt was there and he hadn't forgot me that big ole smile came across his face again so sorry.

Scottie L. Gomer, age 63 of Franklin, passed away Monday, August 4, 2025 at Cal Turner Rehab Center in Scottsville, KY. Crafton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Cremation was chosen. There will be no service at this time. A native of Simpson County, he was the son of the late George Gomer and Naomi Perry Gomer. Scottie was a member of Salmon’s General Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister – Pat Miller and a nephew – David Akin. Survivors include his sister – Mary Fagg of Franklin and nephews – Bruce Akin, Steve Akin and Terry Miller all of Franklin.
