Sean's Obituary

Sean Milonopoulos, age 54, of Lynn, passed away on Thursday September 25th, at Brigham and Women’s hospital after a lengthy illness from Diabetes. Sean was born in Stoneham, Mass. on November 8, 1970, to the late Anne Bell (Dainys) and George Milonopoulos. He graduated from Lynn English High School.

Sean was married to the love of his life, Cindy (Friesen) Milonopoulos for over 24 years. She was his soulmate, his” Cindylou”, his everything. Sean was a huge Patriots fan, never missed a game would always cheer them on, he collected everything M&M if you saw it a store he owned. Camping was his favorite thing to do, hanging by the fire with Cindy & their camp family. He would love to take long rides to check out new places, especially new restaurants to try all the different foods. Sean was an amazing uncle to his nephews Paul & Nicholas, he loved them like his own, he will always have a special place in their hearts. Sean touched so many people he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife Cindy (Friesen) Milonopoulos, his two Brothers: George of Salem and Paul & his wife Karyann of Salem, his sister Ann Murphy of Lynn, 3 nephews Paul & his wife Ruth of Lynn, Nicholas & his wife Desirae of Beverly, Benjamin Huber of Saugus, nieces Jolene & Stevie Doyon, Victoria, Aunt Sophia Milonopoulos of Somerville, Uncle Anthony Milonopoulos & his Tina of Roxbury, Aunt Joanne of Sommerville, Uncle Anthony Dainys of Tauton & several cousins and many, many friends. He is predeceased by his parents Anne Bell (Dainys) and George Milonopoulos, his Uncles Charles, James. George, Leo & Michael.

Seans services will be on Saturday, October 4th from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.

In Lieu of Flowers, those desiring may make a donation in Sean’s name to the Diabetes Foundation.
