I was heartbroken to learn about Sherry passing through the newspaper. I will always remember her with great affection. Though we didn't see each other often, every time we did, it was truly a pleasure. She was incredible efficient at her job, sharp, witty, and full of strength. I admired her perseverance - especially with her eating habits - and her talent in both cooking and design. To this day, every time I eat peanut butter jelly wheat toast, I think of her and smile.
