Sherry's Obituary

Sherry Jean Morton, 58, born January 20, 1967, from Versailles,

Kentucky, was called home peacefully on October 24, 2025.

Sherry was the loving daughter of the late Betty Morton and Lawrence

(Vickie) Morton, Sr.

She confessed her life to Christ at an early age. She loved the Lord!

Her favorite song was “Precious Lord”.

Sherry spent most of her days reading the Bible and taking care of

those who were near and dear to her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Morton; daughter,

Tiffany Morton; and brother, William R. Morton.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Lawrence (Vickie)

Morton; daughters, Nikisha Morton and Blair (Lamisha) Stovey;

siblings, Teresa Morton, Lionel (Heather) Morton, and Lawrence

(Beverly) Morton, Jr.; grandchildren, Ramryn, AJ, Trae, Teion,

Jayden, Jamaul, Malec, and Marleigh; one great-grandchild, Kyiiv;

devoted boyfriend of 15 years, Howard “Darren” Williams; and a

host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and friends.
