I have known Shirley since we were teenagers. Shirley was not only my sister-in-law, but she was a dear friend. I saw in her qualities of love of family, kindness, patience, joy and happiness, and a quiet confidence. This picture was taken when she visited Seattle several years ago. We had so much fun catching up and sharing our lives. I am confident that I will see her again in heaven. My heart and prayers are with her family.
