Our prayers continue for the comfort of family and friends of Shirley.

Shirley is remembered as one of the kindest persons I know. I looked up to her as a mentor as she was one of my dear cousins. I was fortunate to spend my younger years enjoying her and Dennis as we shared family activities. I knew Shirley for many years and she was one of the loveliest people I’ve ever known. She was always kind and had a warm smile for everyone. A truly beautiful soul. My condolences to her family. ❤❤

Brain I'm sorry too hear about your Moms passing Miss Shirley was a nice sweet Lady she was in the room with my Mom at Silver Oaks I would talk too her when I was visiting my Mom please except my sincere condolences and my prayers are with your family in the days ahead.

My deepest condolences to Brian and family on the death of their beloved Shirley. During her years in Ruston, La. our friendship grew through community concerts, exhibitions, events at Louisiana Tech, and meeting up for coffee. Shirley had a sweet, calm presence and a beautiful soul. We will miss her greatly. Brian, may you and your family find comfort in the love and memories you hold dear in your hearts.
