Not sure what to say?

Judy and family, I am saddened to read of his passing. He was a great man and will be missed by family and friends.

I met Sol when I worked in the freezer for a while and oh, what a friend I made. He was a wealth of knowledge at work and I really admired him. We shared lots of opinions, storys, and laughs. We especially shared lots of coffee! He made a wonderful impact on my life and I will miss him.

Sol was always a pleasure to deal with and work with and he and my grandpa and mom have known each other for many years. When i first started at Mid-States Refrigeration, he let me come up and tour Smeltzers since i was just getting started at Mid-States and the refrigeration industry, and since then it’s been a pleasure getting to deal with him and Judy through the years.
You’ll be missed greatly, Sol.

I love you so much and miss you so much Grandpa. You ment so much to so many people. I hope you enjoy your walk with God!

You can tell that Sol and Judy were true friends.Sol would bootleg Vernors Gingerale for us.We didn’t have it in South Dakota so when ever they came ,they would bring Vernorsrnors with them.A couple of years ago the Vernors shifted in their fifth wheel and was bounced around enough that they exploded. When they got to their campsite there was a fluid leaking out the back corner of their fifth wheel Poor Sol and Judy and poor Vernors. We sure miss that crazy guy.Love you all

I am so lost and devastated. Going to really miss the come up for coffee texts, or the calls and texts as we made our way to South Dakota. Nothing is going to be the same. I love you dad. And I miss you so much.

To Sol's family, I am so sorry for your loss. Sol was a lovely person and he raised a wonderful family. Rest in peace.

The world doesn't seem the same without you in it Dad. I miss you so much already ❤
