Our loving Grandmother, Som Singkeo, 64, of Santa Rosa, California passed away Saturday February 21, 2026.
She was born on March 29, 1961 in Bahn Hoy Bon, in the city of Muag Phieng, Laos, daughter of Ga and Boua Khamping.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Chandy Singkeo; three children, Phiou, Samman, Belong, and four grandchildren; Kanaili, Jada, Kailon and Kamille, and one sibling: Than
She is preceded in death by her parents, Brother Tha, and Sister Waen.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 11am at Pleasant Hills Memorial Park, Sebastopol, CA.
