I met Ms. Stella 3 yrs ago on one of our many Fun game nights, playing Pokeno & LCR. God has called her home to her Heavenly, Glorified home and body. In my House there are Many Mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go Prepare a Place for you. John 14:2

Stella Floyd's Obituary

Mrs. Stella Floyd Blockett entered into rest on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Blockett, Sr.; daughter, Audrey (James) Sutton; son, Alexander Floyd;  four stepsons, Eric, Bobby (Theresa), Don (Tamela) Jerry (Neacole), and Charles Blockett Stella also raised her niece, Ashley Brice-Jackson of Fort Belvoir, VA., three sisters, Apostle Sharon B. Barber and Valteenia Brice both of Augusta, GA, and Sharon Floyd of Charlotte, NC, three brothers, Michael Floyd of Charlotte, NC, Terry Floyd Helena, Georgia and Jackie Floyd; seven grandchildren, Antonio Floyd, Demetrius Floyd, DeAndre Brown, Alexander Coleman, Tyrell Floyd, Marquise Floyd and Alexyia Spann, six great-grand-children, one aunt, Patricia Thacker, and one uncle William June Floyd, Jr., and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Floyd may viewed on Friday, April 1, 2022 from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
