Not sure what to say?

Stella was our neighbor on Cardinal Place in Mundelein. She was a very good friend to my mother even after our families left the neighborhood. Stella, Lori, and my Mom so enjoyed having lunch together and going to the Marriott for plays and musicals. Theirs was a friendship that lasted many decades. Our condolences to Stella’s family.
The Meyer Family

This triute to Stella describes her sooooo well. I loved her and knew she loved me! Sometimes....she made me feel like I was one of her children...the way she was so interested in my work and so seemingly truly proud of my accomplishments. What a joy and blessing to have known her. She was still witty, fun, and full of vim and vigor when we last visited her at her Brookdale home a few months ago....insisiting on giving my husband, the cookie monster, cookies!

I am so fortunate to have known my grandmother, Stella. She was an amazing lady and I will miss her dearly. I will always remember her stories and wicked sense of humor. She called me her "Sunflower". I think of her every time I see one.
