Not sure what to say?

Mr. Benos was my favorite teacher. i loved his class while at Bloom, but after college, I was a chaperone for several years on the annual Spring Break trip he sponsored for students, along with Miss Chandler. He was a wonderful teacher and a great friend. I will never forget him.

Fond memories of Mr. Benos during the years 1975 to 1979 at bloom trail and bloom. I attended one of the trips he and Charlotte chandler planned to Hawaii in 1977. Rip.

Dear Family of Mr. Benos, My most deepest sympathy goes out to you on the loss of your beloved Father. I am truly sorry, my heart goes out to you and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Your Dad was such a wonderful man. I remember when he always gave me beautiful flowers from his garden when we worked together at Bloom High School. I will miss him. He will truly be missed by everyone. I will always remember him in my heart. May God comfort you and give you strength in this time of sorrow and...

Deann and Steven,
My heartfelt condolences to you both, and your families! I have so many wonderful memories of your Dad (including a picture of him holding me as an infant) and regret that I couldn't extend my sympathy in person, as I'm quarantining for an upcoming surgery.
May his memory be eternal.

Although we haven't seen either of your parents since the 70's they were our neighbors in the co-op in Park Forest. We are so sorry to find out that both your parents have died. They were a lovely couple and early in their marriage as we all were in the court. RIP Helen & Steve Benos. May their memory be eternal.
Tim & Donna Allman.

Deanne, Steven and family,
Our dear cousin Steve was a beacon for all in so many ways.
A fun loving tease during our childhood. A gifted student and an accomplished Science teacher and leader in his profession. His interest in jewelry added a 2 Nd career that he loved, as well.
Most of all he adored your mom, Helen and all the trips they were able to share together.
His greatest accomplishment and pride were you, his children. May his memory be an eternal blessing to...

I am extremely sorry for your loss. I remember the days we worked together in Park Forest with the crew. He had a very unique laugh and the days we would talk about Joe Carrero, Johanna Rosner and so many more. I had the pleasure of knowing him for over 40 years. His name was just brought up the other day and I was actually planning by going over and see him soon seeing he was near me.
Im sorry he left all too young but he will be greatly missed and I as well as all of you have many...
