So sorry to hear of Stephen´s passing. Was honored to call him a friend. He always had a big smile and so enjoyed working with him (during the CID days) and talking with him. Prayers to all the family.

I had the privilege of working with Mr Cutler several years ago. And enjoyed learning from him. He was always very kind and respectful. He will be a great loss and surely missed. The world needed more people like him . Sending prayers for strength to get the family through this time.
