Not sure what to say?

Steve- I can’t believe I heard about this so late and that no one from Tino’s or all of our golf buddies didn’t tell me ( and what about Kim, Silvia, Lance, etc). I enjoyed your company and I hope you finally get that “hole in one” up there in heaven . Your friend, Stan the Man

I just found out the news yesterday. We had lost touch for a few years. I was going to contact you about a new car and find out this. I am so sad you had to leave so soon. You will always hold a place in my heart. Hugs

Just hearing about this, and it makes my heart sad. As a neighbor on Brookfield Circle in the late 70s, to just reintroducing myself late last year, we got to share some fun stories of those early years....God Bless You, Steve, and the Sarajian and Rossbach families.

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one.

It sounds like he was a wonderful person, and enjoyable to be around.
I wish I had the opportunity to meet him and get to know him.

May God give you strength, joy, peace, love and encouragement to get through the days ahead.

With deepest sympathy,

Page Lee Weadon and Family

Dear Fran and Paul,
We were deeply saddened to hear of your loss. Even though we didn't know Steve I heard that he was such a kind, generous, happy person and spread kindness around to others! I wish I could have met him!
Sue and Marwan

Obituary

Stephen's Obituary

Steve Sarajian (also fondly known to friends as “Big Steve”) was born on October 5, 1965. He died suddenly at his home in Sterling on July 1, 2020. Although he was only 54, he lived a full and happy life.

Born in Englewood, New Jersey, Steve lived in New Milford, NJ before the family moved to Sterling, Virginia. He placed his trust in Jesus as his Savior as a teenager at Faith Bible Church.  We praise the Lord for his life and his life everlasting.

After graduating from Broad Run High School in 1983, he began his career as a Car Sales Representative and quickly rose to General Sales Manager. He was a natural athlete and excelled in many sports. He especially loved golf, skiing, baseball, fishing, and many more. Of course, he loved the Redskins whether they won or lost.  Also, he loved all kinds of music, played guitar, and he had a great singing voice for karaoke. The times spent with him sitting around the fire pit singing with family and friends are some of our favorite memories. Whenever possible, he liked to spend time at the beach whether it was Long Beach Island, Ocean City, or the Outer Banks.

Steve was larger than life and was loved by all who knew him. As his daughter said, when he walked into a room, he “owned” it. He was a kind and loving man and liked spending his time and resources into building deep relationships and loving his family and friends with all of his heart. There was always a smile on his face and his nephews thought he was so funny.

Steve is survived by his parents Paul and Fran Rossbach, his daughter Kayla Sarajian, his fiancée Breezy Minifield-Green, his sister Nicole Grewell, his brothers Chris Rossbach, Billy Rossbach, and a host of other relatives and friends. Steve will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

The memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on July 13, 2020 at Cornerstone Chapel, 650 Battlefield Parkway, Leesburg VA 20175. Flowers can be sent to Colonial Funeral Home in Leesburg.  DUE TO COVID-19, Face masks are required and social distancing. Internment is at Union Cemetery for family only.
