Not sure what to say?

Susie was a wonderful friend all through my high school years starting in 1960. I always remember her as the sweetest kindest and most person I have ever met. Unfortunately we lost contacting later years but connected now and then on Facebook. I always wanted to reconnect when I got back in New Jersey, but unfortunately, we never did. Living in San Diego, made it too difficult. I am so so sad by her passing and want to extend my heartfelt sympathy to all her family. She was a remarkable and...

Sending our love to Mrs. Carey’s boys and Mr. Carey. We’re so sorry to hear this terribly sad news and will always remember Mrs Carey as a ray of sunshine! Just the kindest and most caring woman ❤

In loving memory of a wonderful person. Her family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mrs. Carey was always ready with a smile, a kind word and a snack. Whether arriving for a game night, craft time or to hang with her sons when we were in high school, she and Mr. Carey welcomed me into their home for as long as I wanted to stay. She will be missed.

Susie was nothing if not dedicated to others. I wish I could visit to honor her but it's not possible right now. Rest in peace.

I am at a loss for words. I was so deeply saddened to hear of her passing. They don’t make them like Mrs. Carey anymore. I gre up playing with her neighbor, Wendy Ruben. Wendy and I would often babysit for her. She was always so sweet and kind. Years later I would run into her in town, and she always had the sweetest things to say to about Wendy and I. I would see her husband Frank often at the hardware store in town where he worked, and he was always so kind as well. A wonderful couple h to...

Mrs. Carey was an angel on earth and is now an angel in heaven. My condolences to the boys. I will never forget what she did for me as a teacher during my next to last year teaching in the high school. Rest In Peace!

My Aunt Susie was the most fun and joyful person. From the time I was a little kid she was always the one who would play cards with us and we’d all just laugh and laugh. My husband, Rich, remembers how welcoming she was to him when he met her years ago and their mutual love of clams. There are so many wonderful memories of family gatherings and the warmth and generosity Susie always brought to them. I am so sorry we can’t be there today and tomorrow but please know we will keep you all in...

I look back fondly of my years living in Pt. Beach. Susie will always be a part of those memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

What a beautiful tribute to a special woman. Our condolences to all the family and friends she is leaving behind.
