Sybil's Obituary
Sybil Louise Felkins Utnage was born February 15, 1921, on Spadra Creek North of Clarksville to her parents Earl Felkins and Fannie Self Felkins. She passed away May 20, 2018, in Clarksville, Arkansas. She was united in marriage to Joe Utnage July 13, 1941, In Idaho. She was preceded in death by her husband, sister Erma Burney and brother Carl Felkins.
She is survived by her three favorite girls Karla, Kelly, and Kinley.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
