Kernersville-Tadeusz Szczurowski, 91, went home to be with the Lord October 27, 2014.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 1:00PM Wednesday October 29, 2014 at Holy Cross Catholic Church with Father Paul Dechant, O.S.F.S. officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Gur Cemetery.A native of Poland, Ted came to America following World War II. Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Schaefer of the home and a host of extended family including brother-in-law Fred Schaefer, nephew Charles Schaefer, niece Charlene Albrecht, grand-nephews Jeremy and Charles Schaefer, and others located in the Northeastern US.The family will visit with friends from 6-7:30PM Tuesday evening at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral Home with a Wake Service starting at 7PM.Friends and family may sign, and view the guestbook at www.Pierce-JeffersonFuneralService.com
