Not sure what to say?

While saddened to hear of Taffy's passing I couldn't help but have a little smile on my face while there was a tear in my eye. My pop sure didn't have to wait long for Taffy to catch up with him. I hope dad met him at the gate. Taffy was a wonderful man and I enjoyed spending time with him when I'd drive he and dad to Homecoming games. When you think about a guy being a "class act" it's people like Taffy that come to mind. Truly a life well lived.

To the Helleny family.
Our deepest condolences to your entire family. God bless you father for all the wonderful things he did while he was here.
May the Lord be with you all during this time of grieving and may he help you celebrate the life of a wonderful man.

Dear Helleny Family,
Our heart felt sympathy is with your family. Taffie was a wonderful guide to me and I have fond memories of our conversations. We spent many hours in his little office in Campus shopping center or at his table in Quatros spinning ways to make Carbondale and Southern Illinois a better place. No one I have ever met had the commitment, discerning eye and gentleness combined than Taffie. We are all better people to have had him in our midst.
Maggie Flanagan and...

Dear Jane, Craig and family,
May God's love be your strength and comfort.
My deepest sympathy,

Sorry for your loss. David, Joann & Mandy McNeal

EJ. Joey and the rest of the wonderful Helleny family. I was saddened to hear of Taffie's passing and wish I was there to personally express my sympathy, but I am out of town until next week. I valued his friendship and support and there was no better ambassador for Southern Ilinois than Taffie. My thoughts and prayers and with you.

E.J. and Family...Our sincere sympathy to you and all that loved this dear man.

The Treece Family, LaDonne, Richard and Marsha Hogan
