Tammy Rhea Cody, 62, of Henrietta, Texas passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 in Wichita Falls.
A Celebration of Tammy’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Henrietta.
Tammy was born on October 9, 1963 to James and Carla (Lauranzano) George in Massachusetts. After moving to Texas, she lived in Wichita Falls, Bluegrove and settled in Henrietta. Tammy attended MSU in Nursing and received her RN license. She cared for many people in the Wichita Falls and Henrietta area during her 33 years of nursing. Tammy married Wesley Cody on May 8, 1998 and the couple spent many wonderful years together. She enjoyed crafting, bike riding, fishing and scrapbooking. This wonderful lady will truly be missed by many family and friends.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Wes Cody; three sons, David Sauls Jr, Caleb Cody, and Jonathan Savera; two grandsons, Jackson Savera and Carter Savera; a sister, Lori George; and a brother, Jimmy George Jr.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial made be made to Hospice of Wichita Falls 4909 Johnson Rd. Wichita Falls, Texas.
