Terri Lee Olsen Henry passed away peacefully after losing long and fierce battle to Parkinson’s Disease on January 9, 2026, with her loving son, Cory Olsen, by her side. Terri was born on October 8, 1957, to Dixie and Neil Wilson in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was a devoted and passionate equestrian person who really loved her horses. She raised, trained, and raced barrel horses. She was a member of many barrel racing clubs including Barrel Buddies. She traveled to events in many cities and states. She also was passionate about her Boston Terriers. She would take them wherever she went.
She really loved her family and friends and would go out of her way to do what she could for anyone. She was an amazing human that will be missed by many. She had a humor that will never be parallelled.
Terri was preceded in death by her parents, Neil and Dixie Wilson, and sister Cindy Fairmond.
Terri is survived by her son and caretaker Cory Olsen of Ephrata, Washington until her passing,
Pallbearers will be Brandon Stokes Clark Monk, Travis Nowers, Mike Rollo, Mike Austin, and Cory Olsen. Honorary Pallbearers are Tanner Olsen and Erick Brady.
There will be a viewing for family and friends at Broomhead Funeral Home at 12600 S. 2200 W. Riverton, Utah on January 22, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at Larkin Sunset Gardens at 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. Sandy, Utah at 1:00 PM.
