Terry Lee Cox

Terry Lee (Young) Cox, 76, of Mason, WV, passed away November 12, 2025, at home, following an extended illness.

She was born November 29, 1948, in Rockford, IL, a daughter of the late James Paul Young and Virginia Lee (Cates) Young. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Robie, and brothers, Robert and Douglas Robie.

She was a retired factory worker at Continental Envelope in Illinois and was Pentecostal by faith. She loved animals, reading paperback books, dancing, computer games, and Elvis. 

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Carl Anthony Cox; daughters, Angela Davenport of Murfreesboro, TN and Bettina Macek of Mason, WV; brother, Kenneth Robie of Mason, WV; sisters, Barbara Sheppard of Letart, WV, Brenda (Greg) Hoffman of Cottageville, WV, Carolyn (Sam) Smith of Letart, WV; five grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. - Monday, November 17, 2025, at Kirkland cemetery in Point Pleasant, WV, with Pastor Jonathan Pinson officiating
