I worked with Ted in the Homicide division, he was a good man, as was his partner, Doug Culbreth. I'm sorry I missed his service. Jim Tucker, Sergeant, retired.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of your Beloved, and the Philadelphia Police departmentals class-act Detective, gentleman, colleague, and friend to untold members of our Law Enforcement community.
However, I am also very grateful to have known and worked alongside this giant of a man!
May your family know that youre in our prayers and thoughts for peace to accept what God has allowed. May you all find great comfort in your many fond memories of a life well-lived.
