Mr. Theodore Stephen Harmon, Jr., 94 of Norfolk, Virginia passed away May 1, 2023. He was born January 21, 1929 In New Jersey to the late Theodore S. Harmon, Sr. and Agnes Kilgore. He was employed with Tidewater Sign Services for many years. He served in the US Armed Services and was honorably discharged. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children; Terry Harmon, Dianne Blake (Robert), Brenda Fiedler (Mark) and a host of grand children, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Monday, June 5, 2023, Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin, VA.
