I was a fellow student of Ted's at Redford Union High School and at Eastern Michigan College. I remember him as a good student with an inquiring mind. I hadn't seen him since college, and was saddened to read of his passing. My deepest condolences to all his family.

I had the absolute honor and joy of working for Ted at Fordin fact he hired me in 1986 (which was the best thing ever) and i worked for him for several years in Technical Planning. (i ended up retiring from Ford in 2007, so his impact on my life was transformative!) I’m forever grateful to him for having such faith and confidence in me. He was the best boss. Always supportive, encouraging, so smart and so fun. My most heartfelt condolences on his passing.
