Tom was a very special, kind person to my Mom. He would sit and have coffee with her. After she couldn't get out he would call her to chat. We love you RIP

I met Tom when we both worked at the Baha'i National Center, 1974 to 1979.
Tom was a great and generous soul. When my wife and I first arrived in our filled to the brim VW bug,
Tom took pity on us and offered us a place to stay until we found an apartment.
Before we left the area, I'm happy to say we were able to return the favor.
Among many other memories, I remember going out with Tom and another friend to play computer football and have desert. We did this many times...

Portsmouth – Thomas S. Duffy, Jr., 71, of Portsmouth, died peacefully, Friday April 12, 2019. Tom lived in Portsmouth for many years.He was predeceased by a son, Christopher and a brother, Dick.He is survived by five siblings, Pat Decoteau, Sue Greenbaum, John Duffy, Brendan Duffy, and Megan Duffy Knight. He will also be missed by several special in-laws, nieces and nephews.Services: In keeping with his Bahai faith, Tom’s life will be celebrated with a graveside service at 11 am on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Harmony Grove Cemetery, Portsmouth. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Green Acre, 61 Green Acre Drive, Eliot, ME 03903 or to the charity of one’s choice.
