Not sure what to say?

It was fun growing up with Tom in Maria Stein. And we enjoyed seeing each other as adults when life’s paths brought us together. He had a great smile. My condolences to Sharon and their children and grandchildren.

Single Memorial Tree

So many good memories with Tom. Playing cards, singing in the church choir....he was this dependable guy / cousin you could count on. Condolences to Sharon, Jane, Mike, Bob, Paul and all the family. Wish I could be there, but weather not allowing the drive.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Thinking of Tom and Sharon brings lots of good memories of Maria Stein Retreat House and Marriage Encounter and Tom taking care of plumbing problems and Tom laughing and smiling and lots more

To the Thomas Gagel family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. Lisa, after reading the obituary, I now know where you got the work ethic that you demonstrate every day. Sorry for your loss.

Thinking about everyone today and sending my prayers to the entire family. Sorry for your loss

I enjoy visiting with Tom and Sharon at their apartment in Kettering. Tom always enjoyed talking about Maria Stein. He liked talking old times i.e. the "Station" and reminiscing about the old barn at the convent and current events as well, i.e. Flyer Football. He mostly liked remembering and sharing stories about the People in Maria Stein. Fun times at the Knights Hall with my dad, Kenny, and the gang having laughs in the meeting room, chicken fries and crazy times at Knights conventions....

To the extended Gagel family: I am sorry to hear of your loss and believe Tom has been welcomed into Heaven by Jesus, his parents ,Ann and Charlie. Uncle Ollie is carrying a large pitcher of heaven's best Manhattan 's, Aunt Marge has a tray of glasses . Drinks are served and then the singing and hugging begins, welcoming Tom home. A lovely image of the Gagel hospitality
