Thomas Franklin Ray, Sr., age 85, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He was born July 23, 1936 in Star, WV to the late Arthur Ray and Susan Brannon.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Floyd Ray of the home; three sons: James Ray of Fairmont, NC, Thomas F. Ray, Jr. of Arlington, TX, and Page Callihan of Fairmont, NC; one daughter, Kimberly Callihan of Fairmont, NC; two brothers, John D. Ray of Supply, NC and Dave Ray of Toronto, OH; and seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Fairmont Cemetery with Rev. Tim Tyner officiating.
