Not sure what to say?

I just learned of Todd's passing. We met and became friends on the USS Cimarron (AO-177). We had many great times while serving our country. We became Shellbacks while on a WestPac deployment on 1986. We made contact with each other last year. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. We have the watch from here Todd. May he rest in peace. Until we meet again shipmate God speed.❤

I’ll always remember Todd sitting at the picnic table at the river. He had a cold beer, a cigarette burning, and he was working on Gazette crossword puzzles. Just kicking back and loving life. You were a good man Todd Mather rest in peace.

RIP. Todd was a good guy and will be missed.

This is a sad time for your familiesthe loss of a sibling and a son is never easy. To Shane and Wendy and Matt, I never met your brother, but I wish that I could have. And for The Mom, losing a son is awful. May Todd rest in peace. And you should gather together to give each other support.

Todd was like a brother to me we shared a lot of good and bad times. His family is my family and I will miss him..we have a lot of great memories..hugs and prayers to all of the family and friends..❤❤.

I am so very sorry to read of your loss of Todd. My deepest condolences with heartfelt hugs and prayers to your family, his friends and every life he has touched.

My prayers are with you all. Todd was a great guy. I will miss him.

Our families spent a lot of time camping together growing up! We had lots of laughs and fun times! Fishing, motorcycling, and getting into mischief! We definitely picked on each other like no one else! It makes me smile thinking about it! I’m so sorry that Todd has left us!❤
