Not sure what to say?

Tom was one of my Awana leaders at North Side Gospel Center when I was about 10 years old, he was a true believer in Christ.

Tom and I served together on the Awana board. His kindness and dedication were evident and something I appreciated about him so much. He served with his whole heart and genuinely desired to see children along with their families come to know, love, and serve Jesus. No doubt Tom's entrance into Heaven and seeing the Lord he loved was a glorious thing! My heart goes out to you, the Klippert family, as you grieve this tremendous loss . I pray that you will sense God's amazing grace, presence,...

I have had the pleasure of serving on the Awana board for many years now. When I first came on the board, Tom was still a very active part of our board. I always appreciated Tom's humility and faithfulness as well as his sense of humor. Tom certainly did live out I Corinthians 15:58. Tom has finished his race, one that was faithfully run from the time he was a boy. He has left an amazing impact and legacy. I'm sure he heard "Well done good and faithful servant" from his Lord and Savior....

Just a word to the Klippert family. I am Wess Stafford one of the current members of Awana’s board. I am deeply grateful to Tom and his dedication and faithfulness to his Lord and the ministry of Awana! I can only imagine the joy and celebration in Heaven when Tom walked through those gates. He was surely greeted by thousands of children who are there because of his ministry to them! And the many more that they brought with them. It will take all of eternity to celebrate Tom’s faithfulness...

We at Awana are so sorry to hear of Tom's passing. I served for many years with Tom on the Awana board with several other older men who had come to Christ as children together in their Awana clubs. Tom was Awana through and through. I always admired his faithfulness, resilience and love for his Savior. Tom leaves a legacy that is global and reaching over 6 million children. May he rest eternally and peacefully in his Father's loving arms.

We appreciated Tom's friendship and Christian faith. He enjoyed visiting with residents at Windsor Park and was outgoing. Tom had a great smile. He was very supportive of the worship services at Windsor Park and always had a word of encouragement. We shared stories about Northside Gospel Center and Lance Latham's piano music. Tom's faith has become sight. Condolences to his family and friends

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
