Tony Mizzelle Jr. born July 1, 1951, in Pitt County, NC. Tony entered eternal rest on September 15, 2024. Tony beloved son of Minnie Worsley Morris and Tony Mizzelle Sr.
Tony attended Greenville Rose High School, in Greenville, NC and graduated in 1972. He proudly enlisted in the United States Army in 1973.
One of Tony favorite pastimes was watching sports. His favorite team was the New York Giants. He loved his children and grandchildren.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Dora Pinchback, Betty Ford, and his brothers, George Morris, Willie Morris and William Morris.
Tony leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory; his children: Tonya Acklin (Donnie), Anthony Mizzelle (Lomax), Nedra Whichard (Kevin) all of Greenville, NC; eight grandchildren: Tykelia Hopkins-Ward (Karim), Taquil Stevenson both of San Diego, CA; Dante Stevenson, Avianna Moore, Dylan Watford, Lashia DeLaney, Keith Delaney Jr, and Trevon Delaney all of Brooklyn, NY; six great grandchildren, and a significant other of 40 years Margie Manning.
