The Retired Officers Wives and Widows Association would like to extend our condolences on the passing of LTC Anthony Claude Rouchon, USA (Ret.). The association brings together the wives of retired officers, and widows of officers, of the United States Armed Forces for social activities. Becky and I express our deepest sympathy to the Rouchon Famly, We remember Tony as a complete gentleman.

What fond memories we have of the times together. We traveled the world, played bridge, attended symphony and enjoyed fine dinners. You shared your family with us as well as your home. I would say you had a life well lived and we were happy to be a part of it. Thank you for the friendship and the memories.
