Obituary
Tony's Obituary
Tony Martin Trovao, 86 of Gustine passed away Friday, September 24th at his residence in Gustine.
Mr. Trovao was born and raised in Gustine. He was a parishioner of the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine and a District Road Supervisor for Merced County for 35 years. He was a member of the Luso-American Fraternal Society and an avid sports fan who enjoyed fishing and camping.
Mr. Trovao is survived by his wife, Judith Ann Trovao of Gustine; son, Steve (Lisa) Trovao of Turlock; daughters, Susan La Barbera of Sacramento and Debbie (Bronco) Mull of Livingston; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Shane Trovao; one brother and four sisters.
A Visitation will be held from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, followed by a Rosary/Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am, Thursday, October 7th at Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Gustine. Interment to follow at Hills Ferry Cemetery in Newman.
Donations may be made to the charity of choice.
