Not sure what to say?

So sad to see that he had passed. It was a privilege to care for such a kind and courageous individual during his time as a patient. He definitely left a lasting impression with warmth, strength, and constant determination to not give up. I am grateful for the laughs, like him knowing to ask me for more water, and talks we had together.

My condolences to the family of Trent Sheets. I only got to observe the last half of his life, but I can certainly appreciate what he was as a NorthWood Panthers, husband, father, business person, & community member. Thanks for all you contributed to our school, local business, & community. We appreciated being able to take care of him in our office. You’ll be missed

trent rest in peace

I grew up with Trent and remember him well. My father was the Minister at the First Brethren Church in Nappanee and Trent and his family went there. My father dedicated a book he wrote to him.

I was a year behind him at NorthWood High School. I also remember his father well - he always pulled pranks on me. I remember when Trent became ill when we were kids.

I remember racing him around the buildings at the Sheets' place outside of town when my Dad went to visit...

I had the good fortune of not only working with Trent at ATC for many years, but also in sharing a friendship with plenty of our own inside jokes. Trent and I had a few roadtrips traveling for business together that I will never forget. What I most enjoyed about Trent was his sincerity and always calm demeanor, he was a voice of reason. When you spoke with Trent he was really listening and happy to give you words of encouragement or, when necessary, give you the dose of reality you needed...
