Ralph and Vera were are very first friends to meet and love and know when we moved to St. Louis in 1982. Vera was the essence of beauty, charm, compassion, laughter, and life. I Send my condolences to the family and the grandchildren. She was a woman never to be forgotten.

Please accept my sympathy and be assured of my prayers.

Vera was a second mother to me during my high school years. I remember wonderful times at the Streiff home and great cooking, especially the fried ravioli. I visited Vera several times over the years when I came to town for high school reunions. On the last visit Vera took my father, Julie (Kociela) Cash, and me to lunch at Forest Hills Country Club. Joyce and I were so sorry to hear the news about Aunt Vera. Love the picture. She was a sweet Aunt and person. Loved all the years we shared together living next door to each other. We will keep you all in ours prayers.
