Vernon Dale Dokter

I became Vernon's friend when he showed up on my Facebook page and engaged in some converstaions with me on a variety of subjects. I found him to be honest and forthright and delightful. Other's found his remarks refreshing. Vernon never held back and i Loved him for that. I always looked forward to seeing his remarks everyday. I am so sorry that this wonderful man has left this Earth but incredibly happy to know he has been reunited with his many family and friends waiting for him in Heaven....

My Uncle Vern was one of my Mom’s brothers and well loved. I have many memories of him. The last time I visited him, he showed me his Purple Heart and was so proud of it! What a reunion he had in heaven. I look forward to seeing him again someday!
