I met Vicki at our duty station at the US Embassy in Bonn Germany. What an awesome soul she was. We hung out everywhere together with our other two friends Dee Dee and Cedric. You rarely saw one without the other and if so, they knew where the other was at all times. So sad to hear of her passing. She was a beautiful person and I am glad to have shared those years of my life with her as such good friends. You will be sorely missed.

A woman that I will love for ever and this was the first woman that came into my life after entering the United States Army. Being in the Army with her was an honor and a pleasure and being with her was the best part my life. Communication, care and compassion was developed very quickly for us to enjoy each other.
